H.B. Fuller Sustainability Report Highlights 2030 Targets and Customer-Focused Innovation
H.B. Fuller has released its 2025 Sustainability Report, detailing new 2030 sustainability targets and reporting that nearly 60% of its new product development is focused on solutions intended to improve the sustainability profile of customers’ end products.
According to the company, the new targets include reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 greenhouse gas emissions, lower water demand, reduced manufacturing waste intensity, and higher recycling rates. H.B. Fuller also stated that it is working to improve Scope 3 emissions transparency through greater engagement with top-tier suppliers.
For customers, the report highlights how sustainability is being tied to product development and manufacturing practices. H.B. Fuller said its innovation efforts are aimed at supporting applications across markets such as hygiene, medical, mobility, electronics, and construction, where customers are seeking solutions that can help reduce emissions, conserve resources, and improve product performance.
The company also reported operational initiatives including renewable energy projects, water reduction measures, and packaging-related waste reduction at select sites. According to H.B. Fuller, these efforts are intended to improve efficiency while supporting longer-term environmental goals.
