Enercon Industries Corporation to Open New Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin
Enercon Industries Corporation announced construction of a new facility in Germantown, Wisconsin to meet the demands of its growing customer base. The company reports that the facility will create additional manufacturing capacity, enhanced customer support offerings, and will enable innovative product development.
Enercon specializes in corona, plasma and flame surface treating technologies, as well as induction cap sealing. The company reports that it has earned a reputation for leading technology, application expertise, exceptional product reliability and expert customer support. “As demand for our products and support offerings continue to grow, our family ownership is committed to ensuring our employees have all the resources they need to support our customers. We’re building for our customers’ future and this new facility is going to help Enercon do that in so many ways,” says Enercon Co-Chief Executive Officer Scott Manning.
“Enercon’s new corporate headquarters increases our capacity in delivering both custom-engineered and custom-configured products to our customers. We’re optimizing our new plant layout to support our ongoing implementation of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. And we will be advancing our engineering and manufacturing operations and processes to ensure rapid responsiveness to market needs at scale,” says Enercon Chief Operating Officer Nick Siler.
As part of the expansion, Enercon will also be investing in new laboratories and other customer support capabilities. “Our new laboratories will be equipped with our latest technologies and are designed to allow customers to participate in lab trials in person and remotely. We’re also investing in facilities, tools, and resources to provide customers with state-of-the-art expert training and support,” says Enercon President Ryan Schuelke.

The new facility is being constructed in nearby Germantown, Wisconsin on the same property that has previously been home to Enercon’s Technical Development Center. The company will retain use of their current headquarters for strategic projects. Enercon will begin moving operations into the new facility in the 4th quarter of this year coinciding with the beginning of the company’s 50th year in business.
