EcoVadis Platinum Rating Highlights Ongoing Sustainability Programs at Peninsula Polymers

Peninsula Polymers has retained its Platinum Sustainability Rating from EcoVadis, which the company said places it among the top 1% of companies assessed globally.

According to Peninsula Polymers, the rating reflects continued performance in areas including environmental practices, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. The company stated that maintaining Platinum status requires ongoing improvement as EcoVadis continues to raise its scoring standards.

For customers and supply chain partners, sustainability ratings such as EcoVadis can provide additional visibility into how suppliers manage environmental and governance practices. Peninsula Polymers said the assessment process has supported implementation of internal policies and procedures intended to strengthen its role as a supplier and business partner.

Jack Moran of Peninsula Polymers said the company has used the EcoVadis process to improve business practices, while Ken Moran said sustainability remains an organizational priority supported by measurable tools and practices.

Peninsula Polymers has served specialty raw material customers in North America for more than 30 years and operates distribution centers across the United States.
