Omnexus4Adhesives Webinars on Omnexus4Adhesives.com

The Adhesive and Sealant Council, in partnership with Omnexus4Adhesives, is pleased to present web-based training specifically tailored for engineers, designers and architects. These e-training courses are online real-time presentations conducted by world recognized experts in the field of applied adhesive and sealant technology. Whether you are new to these topics or you simply want a refresher, our highly practical e-training courses are not to be missed. With an Internet connection and separate phone line, you are ready to learn conveniently and easily directly from your desk. All courses include LIVE interaction with our expert!

North American Adhesive Bonding Professional Training Course

Taught by The ChemQuest Group and endorsed by The Adhesive and Sealant Council this program covers both theoretical and practical aspects of adhesive bonding technology. During the 40 hours of lab and classroom instruction, attendees will gain a full understanding of the distinctive features of adhesive bonding and will be able to carry out written and oral work instructions for using adhesives in a technically accurate manner.*

Participating companies will get personnel trained through proven, state-of-the-art curriculum that is recognized throughout Europe. Many leading German firms (e.g., BMW & Siemens) continue to send their workers though this course. The result is a qualified workforce with a solid knowledge-base in adhesive bonding technology that will be internationally harmonized.

North American Bonder Course

The same reasons why you would NOT have untrained operators weld critical parts are why you SHOULD have a trained and qualified workforce handling adhesive bonding. Regardless of whether you are involved in applications for automotive, industrial assembly, medical, electronics, aerospace or construction, it is crucial to have skilled process engineers, lab technicians, production supervisors and workers, field technical service reps, sales engineers, etc. leading the way!

 ASC Short Courses

The Adhesive and Sealant Council offers technical short courses centered around key technologies, including Hot Melt Adhesives, Waterborne Adhesives, Polyurethane Adhesives, Pressure Sensitive Adhesives, and Caulks & Sealants. These courses are typically co-located with the ASC's Spring and Fall Conventions.  In addition, a Fundamentals of Adhesion Science Short Course is normally offered as a stand-alone short course and features a theoretical examination of the topic, taught by the distinguished faculty at Virginia Tech, a world leader in adhesion science research and training.

Introduction to Liquid Adhesives and Sealants Technical Training Workshop

The Workshop is presented by Chemsultants International and is endorsed by The Adhesive and Sealant Council. Topics covered include the sealant technology and testing. The 2 day course includes classroom lectures and lab demonstrations. Workshop attendees will gain a solid understanding of the technology from the basic theory of adhesion through product applications and performance testing of both adhesives and sealants. The course is presented by the experienced staff of the Chemsultants International A2LA  accredited lab and the noted adhesive consultant Dr. David Dunn (Dr. Dave). Attending the Workshop will benefit technical, research, production, and sales and marketing personnel in the industry. Click here to learn more.
